Wrestlemania 21

anyone pick this up and more specifically is your copy glitchy as all hell?

Ive had the game freeze on me about 3 times and its cuts out on the music sometimes.

the game seems like it would be good without this, so im wondering if anyone else is seeing these problems, or if it possible is glitchier on older xbox's

still post what you think of the game if your copy isnt doing this

Ive had a couple of complaints about this in my store... We swapped it out with a new copy and they havent come back to complain again yet... so it could be a bad run of the game, or just crappy programming... not quite sure at this point

Go read GameSpot's review of the game. THQ is even readying a patch to fix the non-working XBOX Live feature. The game is apparently broken in its shipping form in a variety of ways. It did have four months cut from its production cycle, which would probably explain why.

Four months, it is already late? Hell GC had Day of Reconking 1 and 2 is almost out since the last X-Box wrestling game, don't blame THQ this is the development house that brought us Tao-Feng I believe

I do blame THQ for releasing a broken game. I also blame them for not making good wrestling game. Get over and greed of trying to get consumers to buy different games for different systems and just release one game each year, designed for cross platform. I actually wish EA would make a wrestling game like Legends of Wrestling so we could actually get a decent game across multi-platform. With the WWE on the outs with THQ, it wouldn't surprise me if EA bought exclusivity in the next few years. Though, actually, WWE ratings are majorly down, which is why they're leaving Spike TV.

so it sounds like there is a glitchy batch out there, maybe ill return mine and get another copy, but it also sounds like there are some known THQ problems, i dont have live anymore, so i dont know what i am going to do if they release a fix for the game unless they include it on an xbox MAG demo disc

Well from what I've been reading it's been getting pretty crappy reviews across the board which is good. Maybe they'll put the developers to work on games that are worth while.

agree with that i do

it sad, because this game actually seemed pretty good, the graphics were nice and the story line was seeming worthwile, the voiceovers were much better than DOR and the CAW voice was done pretty well, was actually pretty funny, it seems like its the glitches that are holding it up so i wondering if its a perminant fixture in the game or they will fix it.
