Guild Wars

Anyone get it yet? Am curious to hear opinions on this no-subscription MMORPG. I'll prob. pick it up since it's $10 off at CC this week.

Its ok... alot like diablo or PSO... Not really an mmo btw, the only time you will have people around you that arent in your party is in hub areas, all the battle zones are all instanced.

Re: Guild Wars

I'm digging it. Just remember that what originally appears to be the game really isn't. it gets cooler and bigger.

I'm thinking of buying this. I was a big fan of Diablo and I've never played any MMO games before.

This has the added feature of no monthly charges... I think...If I remember right.

No monthly subscription fee. Just the one time "fee" of whatever it costs to get it off the shelf.

A bit of a necro, but I just started playing this recently and am having a great bit of fun. I have advanced two of my characters almost to the end and have a third going to run cooperative with a friend of mine. I have a great guild and really enjoy the different ways you can tweak a character.
