I was in awe of the screen caps. Although they don't really make it look like you are controlling Bruce.

August release? I'm all for it. Maybe Xbox live support with one person controlling the shark and the other being a skinny-dipper? That would be awesome.

Those pictures look awesome.I can't wait to get this game.I'm looking foward to the boss battles.You will actually fight with other great white sharks for divers and swimmers and other predators like killer whales,hammerhead sharks,giant squid as well as dolphins and blue whales.I'm also looking foward to being able to eat and dismember divers and swimmers.The one thing about jaws I noticed thou is the final coverart it looks just like the movie one.You can see the latest coverart at amazon.com.I hope this game will also come out on the psp next year.

I'm afraid the date is getting pushed back from Aug 23rd on this game.I've seen on two websites that are now showing September dates.Cduniverse is showing Sep 15th and gamestop Sep 9th.I hope this isn't the case.I'm tired of seeing this get pushed back.It was first slated for Aug 15th before E3.Most websites are still showing Aug 23rd thou.I sure wish they would release more trailers.

This game just keeps getting pushed back now the date has been pushed back to October 4th for ps2 and pc.It's still Aug 23rd for xbox but that will probebly change too.Gamespot and ebgames are listing the new Oct date.

Obviously they are waiting for that time when they feel America has properly prepared themselves for such a game. It has to be far too awesome for anyone to behold without going blind. It it takes me an extra month or so to evolve into someone that can properly withstand so much awesome at once, so be it.

Actually, sharks do jump out of the water. There's was a show on the National Geographic or Discovery channel called AIR JAWS or something like that.They showed great whites attacking seals on the surface by coming up really fast underneath them and try to grab the seal as it the shark jumps out of the water.The great whites did get some air time,but I don't think it was 10 ft..

Well from what I've read and seen it looks like the awsomeness of this game should postpone this one indefinately.

In a interview with one of the Majesco people on gamespot he said that they were trying to get movie footage for the game so this may be one reason it keeps getting delayed.Others may include a freeze bug or there tightining up the graphics.Whatever the reason I hope we will see it before the end of the year.I bet this will be a hot seller during the holiday season if it arrives this fall.

Jaws unleashed has finally got an M rating.Jawsthegame.com has it rated M on the bottom of the page for blood,gore and violence.

For those of you who can't wait for this great game I found a free jaws game online that allows you to play with your mouse.You get to eat people,dogs,boaters,surfers and destroy the orca(boat).It also has movie clips and the theme song there are 3 levels.This isn't unleashed but it's fun to play.Here is the link.

Just to chime in- I cannot wait for this game to come out and hope that it doesnt get completely scrapped.

I definitely want to eat people as a shark in a game and the possibilities are awesome.

Hope it doesn't get kicked. At TRUs they have boxes out to pre-order it now, so maybe there is a chance.

Ign has put it back up so it hasn't been scrapped after all but gamespot and gamestop are now saying May 1st for all 3 platforms.
