Ace Combat 5.5 Coming In November?

Walmart.com has got Ace Combat 5.5 on preorder for November 1.I don't know if this is an expantion pack of the original game or a new ace combat game.I hope it is new but it is strange it wasn't mentioned at E3.Here is the link.
