Stuck on last mission....NEED HELP !!!

After buying Pandora Tomorrow (Gamecube) many months ago, I have decided to play it after a long hiatus and this time I hope to finish this game. My problem is that I am HORRIBLY stuck on the last mission. I have consulted many walkthroughs online but can't get very far once I've dropped down the vent. I've shot out the light to my right (this alerts some guards) and then when they come towards me (in the dark) I knock them out. The countdown begins and I just keep getting shot from every direction. I can't even make it to any ladders. Is there a better solution that someone out there knows ? Most of the walkthroughs that I have read are for PS2 because I still have yet to find ANY complete walkthroughs for Nintendo's console.
Anyway...if there is someout out there who is a wiz at this game please respond with suggestions. If there is a good website that posts really good walkthroughs for Gamecube PLEASE LET ME KNOW. Thanks.

Google search Pandora Tomorrow walkthrough maybe?

I play it intermitantly so I have no idea. I just go through all levels knock everyone out, complete my objectives and get out. Use your map, use ALL of the tools at your disposal and know how the a.i. reacts. once you know that it should be pretty easy to get where your going.

Oh and don't shoot out lights and leave doors open it just makes things worse.
