While I had considered buying Warhawk and Lair, I was really looking forward to this game. I saw the video review at IGN, and it looks breathtaking. This will be one I definitely pick up next week!

The demo was cool but nothing amazing... I'll probably wait on this since there are SO many damn games I want coming out this holiday.

So I bought the game online using a RewardZone coupon, but I probably won't get to play it till I get back from Austin this weekend. Looking forward to it though.

Well, I managed to play for a while after finishing Halo 3 and Portal and my impression was positive, not perfect. The story looks to be engrossing but I am slightly annoyed at the various ways it is told. I think characters should have speaking voices all the time - not switch to text bubbles.

Also I think a JUMP function would have added to the game. However I am having fun and the art direction of the game is amazing. Well worth my time to get into.

I'm desperately trying to stick to my decision to not buy this right now... too many games!

I agree. I played Keats' first prologue mission last night. It's kind of cool in a comic book way how some of the story is told, but I do wish that the voices could have still been used. The power taking almost reminds me of Kirby. I think this will be a cool game to play, and I think it was a good purchase.

I feel bad about completely ignoring this game. It deserves to be played.

I've played a bit more. I did find that the story doesn't let you stray too much. The pages in the book help you know how to defeat the Folks, but I've been focusing on getting the id powers up to their max.
