Need some game suggestions

As the title says, I need some game suggestions. I am not a huge gamer but I have been playing a great deal more recently. I want some ideas for games I have missed for Playstation 1/2 and GameCube that are worth checking out.

Here's what I have...(really not much)

Playstation
Silent Hill
Metal Gear Solid

Playstation 2
Area 51
Half-Life
Grant Theft Auto III/Vice City/San Andreas
Metal Gear Solid Essentials Collection
Resident Evil 4/Code Veronica
Castlevania Lament of Innocence
Castlevania Curse of Darkness
Silent Hill 2/3
X-Men Legends I/II
God of War
Ghost Recon 2
Hitman 2
Darkwatch
Mega Man Anniversary Collection

GameCube
Mario Kart Double Dash
Resident Evil 0/Remake/3

My personal favourites:

Playstation
Demolition Racer
Tecmo Stackers
Loaded

Note: Based on the games you own the first two may not be your cup of tea (demolition derby racer, puzzle game) but Loaded is an action shooter that's a lot of fun.

Gamecube
Outlaw Golf
Pikmin
Beyond Good & Evil

Note: As with the PS1, judging by your collection the first two may not appeal to you (humourous take on golf, puzzle adventure) but Beyond Good & Evil is a pretty good semi open-ended adventure platformer.

Eternal Darkness sounds like a definite and I might keep a lookout for Loaded.

Well I had RE 4 but just saw that you got it for PS2. God of War II is pretty awesome. If you liked the first it will definitely feel familiar but in a good way.

I liked the following games on the ps2:

Tekken Tag
Final Fantasy games
Super Puzzle Fighter II
was an awesome little game that is good to play against someone else.

Add me to the list for the GOD OF WAR II suggestion. I still haven't played the first game but the 2nd was my fav game of last year. This comin from a guy who doesn't game much on a PS2/3 Also from the fun i had with the PS3 version i would highly suggest looking at the Ratchet and Clank series minus i think Deadlock which was barely an ok multiplayer death arena game.
