World of Warcraft

Anyone interested in buying the World of Warcraft Treasure Chest from me?

We bought this combo that comes with the game, the expansion pack, the guides, and a month free of online play, but then got home and realized we didnt have a DVD-Rom on our home computer.

Best Buy wouldnt take it back cause my daughter undid the seal (round clear plastic that covers the box flap) even thought the 2 envelopes with the software inside were still shut.

So, unless someone wants it, thats $40 down the tubes.

BTW, I tried to take it to target for a giftcard and got kicked cause they wont refund anything over $35 without a gift receipt.

Have you considered a DVD drive for the PC? You can get them for under $20, and installing is pretty simple. Even an external USB DVD rom drive would do, though their gonna be more expensive. More and more games these days are being put on DVDs, something you may wanna consider.

Really. I thought they did 2 receipt-less returns a year.

They didnt even get that far in terms of looking me up. She looked in the box, scanned it with the gun, then wouldnt take it back cause of the limit.

My buddy emailed me a site- MWare- they have 16x DVD Roms for like 17.99.
I just need to make sure the other specs of the computer can handle the speed and graphics requirements of the game. Our computer is old, from like 2002. So, while it was the most up to date when we bought it, it is way old now.
