Metroid Prime and Resident Evil 0 -- $20 at Blockbuster

I was there today because I was told they had memory card 251s there for $5 ... they didn't, but I did find new copies of Metroid Prime and Resident Evil 0 for a mere $20. I'll have to shift some numbers tonight and see if I can get RE0 as I've been wanting to play that.

Wow, that sounds like a great deal. Always room for another RE game.

Dumb question, but do you have to have a Blockbuster membership to make purchases at their stores, or just to rent?

I don't think so. And if you do, a membership is free.

You definitely don't have to have a blockbuster card just to make purchases. It's only needed for renting.

Blockbuster always has good deals on previewed shit, and the stuff is guarunteed just like at EB and 10 times cheaper... good deals all around. You do not need a card.

Hollywood video is the exact opposite though, too much $$$ and half the guaruntee I think.

I was able to PM @ CC. It was a a long painful endeavor, but in the end ... got the 110% match, so $18 inc tax.

Kudos to I_b for this find.

Picked up both titles yesterday. Also noticed that Super Mario Sunshine and Star Fox Adventures were $29.99 a pop, which is $20 less than everywhere else, so I may jump on that deal as well.

Well, I finally got around to going to my local Blockbuster (to rent The Transporter), and decided to check and see if they had any copies of RE Zero left. I was shocked to see they had several. Thanks again for the heads up on this Ikea_boy!
