mr bill dvd

i have a panasonic a110, and i havden't had a problem with it untill i got anchor bay's mr bill classics, the problem occurs, well the whole dvd is a problem, but that's another topic, the problem i have is during the all new mr bill show, where mr bill is about to meet ms sally, then it freezes and goes back to the movie menu, i wonder if its the dvd or my player, the company tried to give me a replacment, but that didn't work either, and according to the company i can't get a refund. i was wondering if anyone has this dvd and has the same problem.

I haven't had the freeze problem on my Pioneer DVL-919, as I recall. I did have the major lag problem in all menus and such. Overall it is an unimpressive DVD that I have only watched once and may never again.
