InterActual : Can't see a thing! (Sounds are good though)

I've just bought StarWars: E1 and Shrek, both of which use the InterActual program to access the DVD-ROM features. I have installed the program but can't get any video to play. I can hear the sounds though. I am currently using InterActual Ver. 2.02 and have a Pioneer DVD installed in my computer. However I am able to watch the movie flawlessly with the PowerDVD decoder.

If anyone could help it would of course be much appreciated.

P.S. is shrek on 1 or 2 discs? I only got 1
