PowerDVD and Voodoo3 3000

Here's the thing, I just got a DVD-ROM (SONY DDU1621) and I am using a voodoo3 3000 for a vid card. With some disc's I use, when it trys to read the video, it gets a TV out copyright msg saying that my TV out is enabled, when it is not. Im using PowerDVD 3.0 (came bundled). I was wondering if there was any way around it? My PC is way better then my crappy lil'TV when it comes to entertainment. So is there a way I can get rid of the TV-Out option so PowerDVD will run my DVD's?
