James Bond DVD Box Sets

Hi, I recently bought the James Bond Collection #1 in REGION 4, so it's the first 7 movies...Dr. No - Diamonds are Forever - and only FROM RUSSIA WITH LOVE and GOLDFINGER work. The rest just churn over in my TOSHIBA 2109 while it says loading.

Any known issues or problems?

Most likely the other 3 discs are defective. If 4 of the DVDs work fine, it's hard to place the blame on your DVD player.

I would get the set exchanged.

Thanks

Aborro, thanks for the advice. But the only problem is that we've already done that.

I also rang Fox Home Entertainment (who distribute the DVDs here in Australia) and they said they have heard of other problems with those discs being mixed with their bond films. So they told me to ring Toshiba. So I did that...and the guy there said that they could upgrade my firmware for free which would probably fix the problem, but I would then loose my multi-region capacity.

THEN I checked to see if the discs were faulty by putting them in a friend's player, and they ALL worked fine. It was some Korean brand....errr....Am_____z.

So thats my other info. If anyone else has any ideas. Thank you!
