Problems in InterActual Software v2.0 - DVDfile.com forum for DVD, Blu-Ray, and HD-DVD

It's very late over here, and I've spent the last hour and a half trying to fix problems in the InterActual v2.0. I managed to fix my decoder problem, and I've gone back to my ol' PCFriendly software, but it seems that I'm receiving new interference, I am now getting the following message:

DvdGraphBuilder()->RenderDvdVideoVolume

I ofcourse have no clue as to what this means, and I am getting a bit tired of fixing old problems and having new ones jump right up. I would really appreciate it if someone who has also experienced this before could get back to me asap. Because as of two months ago, my computer is the only device in the house that can run DVDs...tv repairs take forever...

Screen Settings: 800x600, 16-bit

It might help if both of you would give your computer statistics. These will be relevant to anyone attempting to diagnose your problems.

What sort of DVD-Rom do you have in your machine? The Interactual player won't work with certain hardware, such as Creative Labs.

ok, just got this from my control panels;

Sound and Audio Devices
Hardware:

Hitachi DVD-ROM GD-5000
Creative SB Live! Value (WDM)
Creative SBLive! Gameport
Audio Codecs
Legacy Audio Drivers
Media Control Devices
Legacy Video Capture Devices
Video Codecs

This was the closest list I could come up with.

Do you have the latest version of the Interactual software installed?

yes i have. i was hoping the dvd would work with pcfriendly like all the dvd's before have, but this one asked me to install interactual on it. i even dl'd the latest version off of the website just to be sure.
