Yes - Symphonic live

Greetings :d

I have noticed on a couple of tracks a "buzz" coming thru all 3 fronts (not the surrounds) whether in dts or dd or stereo mode - the buzz is present.

It is even present thru both my sets of headphones - so it's not the components or Polk's - It is most noticable on track 7 (Steve's solo)

No other dvd's give me this problem.

I ask owners or renters to plz put on track 7, turn it up a tad and see if u experience the same.

All help is most appreciated

Thx!

Thx for the reply Tom.
Monitor: Toshiba 36hfx71
Receiver: Outlaw 1050
Fronts: Polk Audio RT800I
Center: Polk Audio CS400I
Rears: Polk Audio RT25I
Dvd: Jvc xvs60bk
Headphones: Grado SR80 / Sony Mdr-V6

I don't beleive any equipment at fault, problem is only on this disc.

Even played it on my secondary Sony Dvd player hooked up to a different monitor - same thing, either thru the monitors speaks
or the headphones - buzz is still present

Just wondering if anyone else owned this Dvd and experienced the same thing

Anyway thx!

ETRIGAN, I bought this dvd last week and finally got around to listening to it the other night. Noting your glitch problem, I tried track 7 Steve's Solo (dts) and listened carefully for the buzz from my normal listening place. I couldn't hear it and I had the music up quite loud. However, when I got really, really close to the speaker, I did hear a very faint buzz. I heard it from the left, right and centre speakers at the front but no buzzing from the rear surrounds. I noted the buzzing came apparently only from the tweeters of said speakers and not the woofers.

I don't find this annoying at all since I don't hear any buzzing from my normal listening place. And to actually hear the buzzing noise I literally had to stand with my ear just several inches away from the speakers. Is your buzzing sound more severe than mine? Did you have the volume up really high? Is what I described the same as your problem?
