Space Camp DVD won't play

Hi there, I ordered "Space Camp" from Anchor Bay and when I tried to play it in my RCA player it said the disk was unreadable, I then tried it in a panasonic player it would not load, another Rca player same thing, and a Sony Dvd player, They all would not work, the SONy player said the disk was dirty but how could that be since I just ordered it and it was packaged and everything. Has anyone else had problems with this disk? Thanks, a lot

AnchorBay is known for having bad pressings for DVDs. Since this is happening on more than one machine I suspect that may be the cause. Have you tried this on a DVD-ROM drive if you have one?

If you have, and it doesn't work there as well, I'd return it to the place of purchase and get a new one.

There was a problem with the initial pressing of Space Camp.

Contact:
abeorders@premierevideo.com

And tell them you have a defective Space Camp DVD. They should be able to provide you with instructions to get the repressing.
