Yeah, the first disc didn't really work on my xbox on the two latter episodes. The second all the way through did not work. In my JVC and PS2 they played fine though. I shrugged it off as just an incompatibility.

I started this thread when the discs were first released and got no feedback... I used an ancient Apex AD-500 and the only disc I had a problem with was #6 - the special features refused to play. The episodes themselves were okay, but any form of a bonus movie would lock up my player. After two returns, the third set worked just fine. I think there are bad discs out there strewn about the set. The pain in the bum about it is maybe returning them as many times as you need to until you get a working set? I complained to Best Buy and said that when I had similar problems with a disc from Paramount's Star Trek releases, the folks at Paramount were happy to give me a clean disc. However, I can't find a way to contact Fox. They don't conveniently post their address on the back of the disc packaging like Paramount does and getting through to anyone but their DVD store on their FoxHome.com webpage is like finding the deleted scenes on the Harry Potter DVD.
Good luck and keep posting progress. I at least can enjoy all 22 season 2 eps finally (after much legwork and some very friendly Best Buy people). Telly Oooh. Poor watcher. Did your life pass before your eyes? 'Cuppa tea, cuppa tea, almost got shagged, cuppa tea...' --Spike to Giles, "Bargaining"
