dvdp: panasonic rv80
rec: denon 1602
tv: sony wega

on disc 3, the last episode is "bad eggs". in the very opening you can hear buffy's watcher's voiceover: "every generation there is a slayer..." (or something like that). on my dvd the 1st word "every" is cut off, so it comes out "..y generation there is..."

if this happens with other people's dvds (reproduce, please) it was a pretty sloppy edit job.
