Did MGM ever fix Delta Force subtitles?

Anyone know if MGM ever fixed the subtitle problem on The Delta Force? It was one of the MANY MGM titles where the burned-in subtitles of the original film were accidentally left out. In the case of The Delta Force, it was especially egregious, as the villains, who speak in Arabic for much of the film, were no longer subtitled. Anyone know if MGM ever fixed this problem?

Other MGM discs with this problem included Annie Hall (missing the thoughts/subtitles gag), This is Spinal Tap (which I believe WAS fixed), Heaven's Gate, Rocky IV, and numerous Bond films.

Any information on whether or not MGM ever re-pressed any of these titles to fix this mistake would be appreciated.
