Terminator Special Edition - Easter Eggs
Apologies if this has already been addressed... but I was wondering if there was ever any resolution on the problem with the Easter Eggs found on DISK 1 of Terminator SE by MGM
For those who don't know, when you find and play the easter eggs on the DVD basically what happens is a frozen image of what appears to be a interview comes up. The audio portion is fine it's just rather unnerving watching a frozen picture of someone talking in mid sentence. I did try trading this DVD in a couple of times only to find the same problem on each new disk I got. |

I don't know if this is considered a glitch. Since everyone seems to have experienced this (including me with my copy), this may simply be the way that the DVD was designed. I've never read of anyone experiencing a moving image with these easter eggs.
It is on Side 1, where the movie is, so I wouldn't be surprised if they decided to substitute a still frame for a moving image, to save some bit-rate space that can be devoted to the movie itself and its soundtracks. It doesn't bug me much, since all of the clips are taken from extras on Side 2 of the disc.
