Transformers Season 1
I don't know if it's just my player (APEX-500) but the Special Features disc on my Transformers Season 1 set is very, very odd... i try to access the script to "Road to Oblivion" and it will come up on the first page just fine, but when i hit play to navigate to the next page (as the menu tells you to), i instead get a thirty second series of clips with annoying subtitles at the bottom asking you "If you do not recognize this language... ask Dr. Rhino", then it asks on the last clip "What is the voice command to open front portal?" What is this BS? This is taking a close second to that damnable Harry Potter bonus disc (it's worth less than the drinks one could place on it if it were to be used as a coaster). Any help is greatly appreciated. Frustrated

Rupert,
Apex DVD players seem to be twitchy with a lot of disks. Some people never have a problem with Apex layers, others seem to have a lot. Relly, I think you probably have a compatibiity issue with the player. Try the disks on another non Apex machine. If they work fine there, then there's your answer. Good luck. -Flash
