BTTF 2 wrecked my player

I have a Panasonic RV31 and when I got to the scene in which Doc and Marty leave Jennifer on the swing chair the DVD pixelized and froze. Now nothing will get rid of the image.

Pressing power off, hitting eject, hitting all the buttons won't get rid of the pixelised screw up image.

BTTF 2 is stuck in the machine!

What do I do?

Shawn

Unplug the player from the wall and count to thirty (one-one-thousand, two-one-thousand, etc.)

Then plug it back in and it should be reset...

Peace.....

Even after you unplug the player from the wall, you still can't the DVD out?

Whoa........ I would say take it in for service immediately.....

Peace.....
