InterActual probs.

I`ve just got the T2 extreme edition and when I tried to use the dvd rom
features on my PC(with Xp),the InterActual player supplied gives me this
message:
Playback failed due to a problem with the video subsystem. Lowering your
screen resolution or color depth may fix the problem
I`ve tried all possible variations with the resolution/colour but am still
getting the same message.All my drivers/direct x etc are up to date.
Any ideas?
