total axess registration - DVDfile.com forum for DVD, Blu-Ray, and HD-DVD

can anybody help with any info on how to signup to unversal total axess? I cant get to the signup page from either bourne identity or 8mile dvd's, keep getting told to refresh the page, but still no login page. can anybody tell me how to register? THANKS :p
