Children of Dune framing error

COD is not the same size on the DVD
vs. the SFC broadcast. The top and
bottom have been cut off. It is very
noticable during the butterfly scene
at the beginning of part 2.

I love this COD mini-series but I really
hate having the tops of the actors
heads cut off by incorrect framing.

I checked this against my VHS copy.
If you look closely it is quite pronounced.
