Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare audio glitch?

Well, I put Freddy's Dead into my player (Sony DVP-NS300) and the disc was doing fine up until the 12:04 mark during chp. 3. The audio just goes out and it last till 12:09, then the disc continues normally.

The disc itself is from the Nightmare box set and is scratch free and clean as a whistle.

Any help into the situation would be welcome.

Mine is playing fine. I listened to it in 5.1 mode and sounds great. Did you just buy it? I bought my set way back during the initial release.

Sorry, I can't help you. Hope it gets straightened. I'm dealing with my own disc rot issues today.

I got the Nightmare set about a week or two ago. It's an audio glitch more than likely, nothing to really worry myself over.

I might replace the disc sometime in the near future, but I'm not to concerned about it at the present time.

Thanks.

How is this pertinent to the audio glitch report?

Peace...
