DVD-ROM troubles

I dont normaly come to forums but i was told by someone thats where you can get help fast and such, I feel foolish, but its like 2 am and im bored. 'nuff said anyway, I'm having problems trying to play games on the shrek DVD, anyway, It gives me a preview of the game and then requirements to the left with a next and back button, and i click the requierments and it tells me that DVD-Rom And Online Features requie the (included) InterActual Player insalled. System reqirements. A computer running Microsoft Windows 98SE or higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or highter, and Internet connection, A DVD-ROM Drive and a softwear or hardware DVD plater. This DVD will not work in a CD-ROM Drive and the DVD-ROM features are not available on Apple MacIntosh. and I Meet the requirements obviously.. but why wont it work for me. lol this just isnt fair !!

Welcome to the forum. Sometimes it takes a while for those who know the answer to your problem to find your post are reply to it, so please be patient.

You didn't post your computer's specs (operating system and version, etc) so we don't know what you're running this on. Is this a region 1 DVD?

Also, this belongs in the "glitch exhaust" since it's a playback problem and not a question about hardware itself.

Peace...

You said you use PowerDVD. Since the requirements tell you that you must have InterActual installed, I think they want you to use the InterActual software (i.e. NOT PowerDVD). InterActual can support DVD-ROM features; I don't think PowerDVD can do that.
