Chances are, the menu on disc two of this Sony-produced set won't work, unless you have a Sony player. This is an authoring error that they are well aware of. They're offering replacement discs, complete with postage-paid envelopes to send back the defective discs, a'la the "Back To The Future" hoopla.

Well, this sucks. I didn't buy this yet but was thinking of picking it up soon. I'll probably lay off it for a while in hopes that they'll eventually do a fixed pressing.

Wow, Sony could teach Universal a thing or two regarding customer service! I've already received my replacement disc. It came in a jewel case, along with a postage-paid envelope for me to send the original disc back in.

A very surprising move by Sony, to be sure!
