Farscape, Season 1 set problem - DVDfile.com forum for DVD, Blu-Ray, and HD-DVD

This is for the season box set, not the individual release if there is a difference.

I watched a bunch of episodes with no problem. Then I got to The Hidden Memory and the picture was all scrambled for the whole episode. I switched from my Pioneer DVD player and tried my PS2 and that wouldn't even play the episode. The other episode on that disc worked fine.
Anyone know how I'd go about getting a replacement from ADV?
