Hi all, Zoopster here. I am with InterActual Technologies (recently acquired by Sonic Solutions), makers of InterActual Player 2.0 and PCFriendly software. I work in the product support department and have quite a bit of experience troubleshooting DVD playback problems in Windows PC's.
