Willard w/Philips DVP642

New Philips DVP642 - Willard DVD used from GameStop. Disc looks clean, but suspiciously like maybe someone cleaned it with one of those cleaning devices... just a bit "cloudy" it seemed. Willard will not load up at all.

I ended up putting it into the XBox which played the movie without incident, but the extras refused to work at all. This leads me to believe it's definitely the disc at issue, not either of the players (which, btw, are both clean, unhacked, very well cared for players).
