Ghost in the Shell SE - DTS track defective?

I recently purchased the new Manga special edition of Ghost in the Shell SE. The new Dolby surround mixes are amazing but I've noticed that the two DTS soindtracks seem to be missing the subwoofer channel.
I'm using a top of the line Yamaha receiver and haven't had this problem with any other DTS discs.
Have any of you encountered this problem with this disc?

I listened to both the Japanese and English DTS on my system, and I don't recall any problems, I'll check again when I get home from work.
