Stargate SG-1 Season 5 Packaging Error - DVDfile.com forum for DVD, Blu-Ray, and HD-DVD

Got the Season Set for Christmas, not sure where the folks that got it for me got it. I open up Disc 3 (I'm currently in the middle of a series marathon) only to discover that Disc 3 from Season 2 is in my Season 5 case. Not a mix-up... Season 2 still has it's Disc 3. But so does Season 5. Anyone know how I can get a replacement for this? And, ooc, is this a known issue?

Have you tried contacting the distributor?
