When I try to go into the "extras" section of the disc, it won't let me play the video or audio extras. it will either stop the disc or it will freeze the player, causing me to unplug the whole thing to get the disc out. Anyone else have this problem? (though given the number of people who frequent the audio forum there may not be anyone

)

I have a Pioneer (not Panasonic) 563-a with the firmware upgrade installed.

The 563a sounds like a Pioneer model. Can you confirm the make/model of your DVD player?

apparently Warner has a very strange return policy. You don't call them, you just send the offending product to them with a note and they decide whether to replace it or not. Seems a strange way to go about business, getting random packages in the mail from hither and yon. I suppose I'll send it with delivery confirmation just so I can bitch when I don't get something back.
