SoaP playback problems?

I played this on my Sony 5 disc changer without an issue, but whenever I put it in either of my computer DVD drives, one an HP external DVD-ROM/DVD/CD RW combo and an internal Dell drive of the same type, I get constant stutters and freeze during even the previews and main menu. I can't even get to the feature.

I checked the disc and the drive for debris and dirt, but both are superclean without any blemishes. I have tried again after a fresh reboot and system performance tune up with no other applications running.

Anyone have any suggestions or similar problem?
