Menu pixies on shark week 20th anniversery

I see pixilation when I put all 4 of these disc in and load them.The menu pixys on my Toshiba but the episodes so far have played flawlessly it's just the menus.Has anyone else noticed this?This happened on the first set I bought so I exchanged and the same thing happens with these.The only way I will exchange again is if the episodse mess up.

Ok I've found out this is a firm ware issue with my dvd player weird these still exist but I can live with it as long as the episodes don't do it.I've found out that certain Toshiba players are having problems with the menus on these disc so if anyone is having this problem there is nothing to worry about.The problem seems to be affecting some Toshiba 3950 players.That's the one I have.Most newer players should have no problem with these disc.
