The Sony BDP-S500 seems to be a higher end model to replace the S1.

From the limited ammount of information, it looks like the $2K Denon will be the only one that does that. Are there any BD players that can even pass dts HD-MA?

Has there been any mention of the street dates for the new sammy's? I think the 1400 was suppose to be out this month and the 2400 next month. The only difference between these two players is the REON chip, right?
I wonder if sony/BD will extend the 5 free title offer and include the new players.
