Well folks have finally come of the fence and got a HD-DVD player and it didn't cosyt me a penny. Well it did, HMV in London, were promoting the release of the Matrix trilogy in the UK, by offering a free HD-DVD player (the HD-E1, which is the same as the A2) to the 1st 150 people to buy the Matrix on HD-DVD. Camped outside the store from 6:30pm on Sunday evening and got my player a 8am on Monday morning. Just order 10 HD-DVD as well. ahh sweet HD-DVD goodness.

Be sure to pick up some of the newer titles like 300 and check out the interactivity features on them. They are quite cool. Also, if you want a visual treat, check out King Kong for sure.

* It was so good it tainted my next few purchases...relax...it's cool and don't believe that Ig Man on Batman Begins...it IS awesome.

Am gonna wait till Uni put out the Extended version with all the extras, before I buy King Kong.
