Well, I'm going to guess that since their parent company is D&M Holdings, that this could be the same player as the Denon. I'd also be willing to bet this will have the same MSRP as the Denon ( $1500 - $2K ) Just speculation realy, but it shows that BDA is going after the high end.

Even though they have the same parent company, they usually keep their product lines seperate. So I doubt it's the same player as the Denon.
Tough call if I should go for this one or the Denon. I need to see some specs first on the Marantz.
