Wanted: List of countries (not general geographical areas) for each Blu-ray region

Everywhere I look for a list of which countries belong to which Blu-ray region, I can only get a list of general geographical areas. Wikipedia, for example, lists the following as belonging to region A:

North America, Central America, South America, Japan, Taiwan, North Korea, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia.

That is not nearly as cut-and-dry as it may seem at first. One example is Greenland, which is usually counted as part of North America, but belongs to Blu-Ray Region B and not Region A.

So... does anyone have a comprehensive list of the actual countries belonging to each region?

Thanks!

KM

One thing that should be considered is that it's extremely rare for certain countries to produce titles that are "importable."

At least with DVD, the primary countries seen time-and-time again are:

United States
Canada
United Kingdom
Spain
France
Germany
Japan
Australia
Hong Kong (country-centric releases, but most are English-friendly)
South Korea (country-centric releases, but most are English-friendly)
Italy (somewhat, mostly country-centric releases)
Russia (somewhat, mostly country-centric releases)
India (somewhat, mostly country-centric releases)

That's about it. I'm just saying it's rare to see Central American, South American, Taiwanese, North Korean, Southeast Asian, or Greenland titles.

Sure, it might be rare, but that's precisely why I'd like a comprehensive list.

For the majority of the "big" countries it's easy to just refer to the colour coded Blu-ray map, but it's for when you come across one of those rare titles, either when traveling or when browsing the net, that a comprehensive list of countries would come in handy.
