well, the tv we got was the samsung 4671 46 inch That is the bedroom tv
but the ps3 will be used there and on the living room tv, which is the one that is 720 p 1080i. It is a few years old but still works great. Last edited by jbat31 : 02-17-2008 at 04:05 AM. |

When I had the HD-A1 running, I always output the video at 1080i
It just looks better.

When I had my HD-D1 set up, it was outputting 1080i. IMHO, sending out the software ( Game, HD DVD, Blu Ray Disc, whatever ) at the encoded video scan rate, it was better due to the fact of less conversions. More conversions = less quality.
So, find out what the software was encoded in, and send THAT to the display. again, IMHO ![]() j
