Just to note, it appears FF4: ROTSS Blu-ray has a free bonus disc when purchased at Circuit City, though it's probably a regular DVD I imagine. $30 there, $5 cheaper than Best Buy with no bonus disc.

And another $5 cheaper if you buy it from amazon with free shipping.

I don't know if I'd call it dark, it's really a light blue.

Good luck with that. I popped into CC this morning since I was next door at another store. They didn't have the Blu-ray version and the sales person claimed it was a online only deal (even though it's listed in their sale ad for this week). Now I remember why I don't ever buy blu-ray or hd-dvd discs from retail stores. Back to Amazon for me.

Bram Stoker's Dracula... worth it for the features alone, and from me that's saying something.

Moogs, is the transfer as bad as Bracke and others have made it out to be?

Okay, just gave it a once-over... it's definately HD and there's a lot of detail in the image not on the DVD, but yeah... it's not an amazing transfer. I don't think I would bash it like Bracke, but I haven't watched the whole thing yet.

Some scenes, mostly bright ones, look awesome though.

Edit: Here is a review I am more in-line with on first-look: http://www.hometheaterspot.com/fusio...hp?tid/138718/

I looked at their site. They list everything in the future as coming soon, no indication they are shipping stuff now. Not to mention their prices are high.
What I meant is, I see people listing here that they have purchased Spider-man 3 and The Simpsons Movie and such. I want to know where they're getting their discs from months early, because the rest of us mere mortals have to wait until the street date. I mean besides Derb, who of course gets his discs from the Sony Hydra mothership.

Well, I list all the preorders in this area too. In my hd collection post in the hd collection thread, I put asterisks by the movies that are on preorder.

Ah, see, that's cheating, because you haven't actually purchased anything. No money has changed hands yet. And you could always change your mind and cancel your order. This is blu-ray count fraud! I demand justice!

Oh yeah, and I just preordered the entire blu-ray library. Twice!
