I include preorders in my listing here. In the HD collection thread I signify those purchases with a star. If I cancel an order (like I had to do with Top Gun), I state that I've canceled it and remove it from the other thread.

For $15 I figured I'd take a look. It is written by Mark Frost after all, one of the two creators of Twin Peaks. Besides, I needed something to hold me over until the cinematic opus, I Know Who Killed Me comes out later this month.

Well...I caved. I sold my Xbox 360 (just the console, I have an HD-A1) and put the credit towards a PS3. I'm getting the 40 gig version with SP3.

I just purchased Ratatouille. I think i'm going to hold off buying more until Black Friday. I really want to get Casino Royale, PoTC 1, and Bridge to Terabithia but the PS3 set me back a little, hehe.

My only real problem is I won't have lossless audio, but considering that I watch some HD DVDs now (I have lossless with it by analog outs) with my good headphones I think i'll be alright. I've been HD DVD only for almost a year and a half and it feels almost dirty going to the other side

Welcome! Save up for the Onkyo receiver, and you can be reveling in the lossless glory before you know it. Then again, with a whole slew of titles opened up to you, you may not have the money to do so.

Enjoy your neutrality and the HD freedom it brings.
