Then by my count it would be: 5
Saw Lord of War T2 The Punisher Crash are the only ones with DTS-ES tracks. The rest of Lionsgate films are DTS-HD or LPCM. Weeds: Season 1 might be, though it says it was DTS-HD.

Lionsgate probably has the best sound in terms of Lossy for Blu-Ray. Much better than Warner. Also the few LPCM tracks they have (3+ titles) are excellent. Lionsgate is only bested by Universal or Paramount when it comes to Lossy imo.
