I still have yet to watch that Jim Carrey film Number 23 which I bought a week or so ago on SD.

The switch from viewing SD to HD has been tough for me to go back to watching SD content. So while I may pick up some tv on dvd sets, I may never watch 'em. I have Lost Season 2 & the last season of Alias & watched the first ep from both those seasons but that was like 3-5 months ago. I've definitely had the time to watch them but damn this HD bug.

I haven't. I don't have a 1080p TV (only 720p/1080i). Even though HD would looks tons better on my TV anyway I suspect. I am still waiting for one format if it ever happens!

Yeah, SD DVD is my format of choice until this format war is sorted out. I did pick up about a dozen BDs when i bought my PS3, but it was just buying for the sake of it, a habit i thought i'd left behind long ago. Since then, it's been SD all the way for me, and that's gonna continue for the forseeable future.

Dude, 720p/1080i IS HD. Don't let any marketing campaign tell you otherwise.

Thanks Moog,

Yeah, I realize it is still HD. My heart was leaning toward Blu-Ray until Paramount and Dreamworks bailed. Bastages! Back to the drawing board!

Hahahaha... I buy all my porn on the 'net man... porn is ahead of the curve when it comes to digital distribution.

Although Hard Boiled is probably pornographic violence.
