If its worth that much to you, pick up one of those snazzy Samsung BD-UP5000 or the new 2nd gen LG dual formats players once they come down in price. That way you'll have one unit that does everything.

The PCM may not really be on there. I saw it listed at one source, but not another. Grain of salt...

That's my plan.

Doubtful to have both 5.1's but would be fun to compare. Could be a 2.0 PCM track.

Herzog can do no wrong! So yes, it was good. The very ending was a bit weak, but otherwise outstanding.

You know, I thought the ending fit perfectly (without getting into detail for those who haven't seen it). I assume you've seen the documentary "Little Dieter Needs to Fly"? Christian Bale absolutely nails the character in both attitude and subtle nuance. Zahn's performance blew me away. I had no idea he was that capable.

That's odd, because this disc was supposedly delayed till next year along with a bunch of other MGM titles. It's not available from Amazon anymore either.

Retailers have recieved plentiful shipments. I think there was some confusion between Red Dawn and Rescue Dawn.

The same thing happened with The Fly, a page was never put up, but it released as normal everywhere. Amazon finally did get a page up the day after release or so.

Yes, as does Fox's official home video store.
