Kino follows Criterion into Blu land!

Not quite as amazing as the criterion news, but still quite important is the news that Kino will also be planning the put out Blu-Ray titles, and if rumours can be believed, Fallen Angels (another WKW masterpiece) will be among its first. Pretty cool!

Well, hopefully they'll use the original HD master so there won't be any PAL or NTSC involved period. But this is Kino so you never know. I have a serious love/hate relationship with that studio as they have so many great titles (Metropolis, Come and See) but they put out such horrible discs of them. Hopefully they won't screw up HD too.
