I've been meaning to pick this up for a while (either as the US version or the import). How many extra tracks are on the Japanese import? Man I LOVE Jump Into The Fire!

If anybody got the new Offspring today, I'd be curious to know what you think. I was going to get it this morning but I had second thoughts because I've heard a few things that make me a little wary.

I didn't get the DVD. Just the Best of Bowie CD (came out late last year I think.) It was an impulse buy for $9.99 at Target

Today I bought...

No Doubt - Boom Box (2xCD, 2xDVD)

$29.99 @ Costco.

Good shit thus far!

Ryan Adams "Love is Hell Part 1" - damn great cd. Didn't think it was possible to make "Wonderwall" sound sincere, but I was wrong.

Something Corporate "North" - pretty darn decent pop rock with some sub-par Ben Folds-ish piano work. The track "Space" is really good. Might grow on me.

Donkey - Havent listened to all the Ill Nino yet but the first 3 songs so far are kick ass and of course 'How Can I Live' is an awesome fucking track, there is also a spanish version of it on it.

And I LOVE Mushroomhead's 'XIII' best album I've listened to in a long time.. and KoRn's new one is pretty good I like a lot of track on it, dont really like the one with the rapper though..

Except for the fac that the "best" is having an album that flows excellently, and is still filled with great songs the entire way through. A great deal of Bowie's albums accomplish this, and the wonderful feeling one gets listening to a full album of excellence far exceeds a singles compilation in which different styles and periods of Bowie are just thrown together. Just MHO, of course

Ryan Adams - "Love is Hell part 2" - not as good as part 1, but still pretty damn good.

Are you a Wonderstuff fan as well?
Very good. But far from their best. It has the same audio quality of the other Peel Session CDs that are out there. Which is okay at best. It was the last PWEI album I didn't have on CD. Its nice to be complete.

Tell me...who is this Wonderstuff? Feel free to PM if you like.

My opinion is pretty much the same. I never heard the first album outside the club singles. And I really dig the "Powerless" single. It will get spun alot, but it could be so much more.

112 - Hot & Wet
This has some nice slow songs on, but, for me overall, it's not as good as their earlier material. Thier debut is still their best IMO. My UK copy has a cut version of 'Na Na Na Na,' but the remix of it (bonus track) contains uncut lyrics.

Musiq - Soulstar
I like this, it's a great addition to his previous two albums and has a different feel to it.

Elephant Man - Good 2 Go
I like the energy on this album.
