So I picked up

Nelly Furtado - Whoa, Nelly

I am quite satisfied so far. I will spin it a few more times before I review.

Tank - One Man

I've been after this for ages, but as far as I know it's never been officially released in the UK. I finally found it at a good price.

I like this album, it's a good follow to his first. He co-wrote all the material and produced a lot of the tracks himself.

Stand out tracks for me are 'One Man,' 'Close,' and 'No, Why?' Particularly the last two.

Elephant Man - Higher Level
Now I've heard a lot of Elephant man's music over the years, but never bought any of his albums until recently (I got Good 2 Go a couple of weeks ago). I have heard many tracks from this album and didn't realise until recently that they were all from this album. It's 23 tracks of dancehall magic! I can't believe it's taking me two years to discover.

Joe - And Then...
I have followed Joe pretty much since the start, I have all his albums except for his early material (I'm not into that swing beat sound much anymore). I've listened to this a few times and there are some nice songs on it, it has a different feel to his other albums. Joe's not on any of the production credits, he only co-wrote a few of the songs, there are a couple of tracks written, arranged, and produced by his label mate R. Kelly.

Since Chirstmas...

Linkin Park Live In Texas --> I got this from Christmas and it was better than I expected it to be!

Chevelle Live From The Road --> I know they are not that good of a live band but I wanted it 'cuz I own there other two CDs and because I wanted to see how well it captured there show and it does it pretty well. This was a Christmas persent.

Tupac Tupac:Ressuerction --> I like all of the new songs and most of the old songs are good. This was another Christmas persent.

Nelly Da Derrty Versions - The Revention --> I'm having a hard time getting through this CD. I got it for Christmas.

Dave Matthews Band The Central Park Concert --> 3 discs and 3 hours? It's crazy but it's great! I also got the DVD for Christmas.

Underworld Soundtrack --> I got this for the songs w/Maynard and the APC remixs and I ended up enjoying the whole CD. Defintly '03s best soundtrack.

A Perfect Circle The Hollow (Import) --> I got this 'cuz it
had a remix of Judith (and low and behold it was the same one as on the Underworld Soundtrack) and the Live version of
The Hollow, I got it for only $3.99 and that was a good price for an import!

R.E.M. In Time The Best Of R.E.M. 1988-2003 --> This was burnt off a friend who had it. I've not had time to listen to the whole thing, just the songs I know and they all are awesome!

Dido Life For Rent --> Not as good as her debut, but still really good.

The White Stripes Elphant --> One of 2003s Best CD! All of the tracks are something diffrent. Great disc!

SOiL Pride EP --> A lame 3-track EP.

Lostprophets Last Train Home --> This is a two-track promo for there new single/CD. And it pretty much sucks!

HIM Razorblade Romance --> I dunno how many people on here have heard of them, if you have -- what's your oppions? I like them alot, there like a Gothic, harder, meaner version of Dashboard Confessional. The CD was only $6.99 and well worth it!

Dave Matthes & Tim Reyolnds Live At Luther College --> Just got this tonight. I still need to listen to it!

Dave Matthews Band Listener Supported --> So far it's
awesome like the rest of there live CDs, I just got this tonigth and am listing to it for the first time. I am 6 tracks through it! Only a few more CDs from these guys, and I have them all!

Incubus Malomanic ---> Your are ment to get this when you resver there new CD, but it was sitting there so I took it. A pretty good song.

All those CDs are what I've gotten since my last post!

I picked up their "Never Loved Elvis" CD used today...

It is way cool so far, listened to what would have been side A on my ride home.

Notoriousaurus, I came across the soundtrack looking around the pawn shop. I liked the movie and the music was decent, turns out the music was better than I remembered and for $7 it was a steal. Good soundtrack.

Anyway got a new one..

Unsung: The Best of Helmet (1991-1997)

I already have all their albums, so it was kind of pointless, but it was only $7.99 at Best Buy, so I figured why not.

Staind - 14 Shades Of Gray

Man, that is a great CD. Much better than I had anticipated. One of the few new bands to actually have balls and heart. Their ode to Layne Stayley was great.

The Crystal Method - Legion Of Boom

Not nearly as good as I'd hoped. Vegas and Tweekend blow it away.

I am quite satisfied with Wonderstuff. My fav track by far is "The Size of a Cow" great catchy shit. It has been getting heavy rotation in the truck.

As far as Furtado goes, I actually think that Folklore is the more solid of the two. Not that either one is bad, but there is a few tracks on Whoa that make me I think that Folklore is more thurough. Both still great CDs though.

Thanks for the tip on Wonderstuff, I gotta get some more of their backcatalogue.
