Didn't a couple of them die or something? The only bands that succeeded with a new lead singer was Vah Halen and AC/DC. Rage against the Machine isn't even half as talented as either of those 2 bands so this will be a big disappointment to people who actually remember who Rage against the Machine where.

Uhh, everyone is still alive from Rage, they went on to form Audioslave (less Zach).

If you are going to threadcrap at least get your facts straight. I guarantee there are plenty of people that are ecstatic that RATM is uniting, if only for one show. You may not think they are talented but Tom Morrello is one hell of a guitarist and extremely creative with effects.

From NME:

"Tickets to the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival have sold out in record time, more than two months in advance of the Festival dates, it was announced today."

Fastest selling Coachella yet, I wonder why.......

That must be it! I hadn't even thought of that!
To be honest I'm excited about seeing them too, though I have some serious doubts about the Happy Mondays, Shaun Ryder isn't exactly in the greatest condition.

Never been a huge RATM fan, but Chris Cornell is officially out of Audioslave (and it DEFINITELY sounds permanent). This may be good news for the RATM fans..the potential for a lasting reunion is there.

I didn't know Jesus and Mary Chain would be playing together again. Thanks for the scoop shilo101.

Coachella kicked ass btw, and Rage did not dissapoint one bit! Jesus and Mary Chain were great, and the Happy Mondays had their own little charm too.
